Location: Mount Sterling, IL     Department: Accounts Receivable     Reports To: AR Supervisor


Your Role: Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer deductions and resolving discrepancies on a customer’s account in order to ensure customer satisfaction and the accurate collection of funds from the customer.

  • Maintain customer accounts and works to resolve past due invoices & deductions
  • Review and research invoice discrepancies & aging deductions
  • Follow and apply standard work and work instructions.
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

Role Specifics:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility in working hours
  • Independent and team work necessary to be successful

We Need You To Have:

  • High School Diploma or general equivalency degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • General knowledge of accounting principals and strong math skills

We’d Like You To Have:

  • College degree
  • Experience in accounts receivable, billing, credit, or collections
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
