Location: Dot West      Department: Warehouse Operations      Reports To: Pallet Repair Supervisor

 

Your Role: This position will use pallet handling equipment and pallet repair equipment to efficiently repair broken pallets.

 

  • Safely and efficiently utilize the pallet repair handling equipment
  • Ability to build stable, well-built pallets for shipment
  • Understanding of pallet components, dimensions, and repair methods used when repairing pallets
  • Consistently meet company production and quality level standards
  • Applies lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste in all areas of the position

 

 

Role Specifics:

  • Schedule: 4x10 Nights Sunday-Thursday
  • Dusty, noisy work environment
  • Indoor/outdoor work with temperatures varying from hot/humid to extreme cold
  • Extensive standing/walking while operating pallet repair equipment
  • Overtime as needed

Qualifications

We Need You To Have:

  • Must be 18 year of age of older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must meet minimum requirements on pre-employment testing including a physical exam

  • Successful work experience in a production style environment
  • Successful work experience in an environment that promotes safety
  • Prior involvement in individual and team settings
