Your Role: The Client/Server Technical Analyst implements, administers and maintains systems at Dot Foods. These systems include servers, operating systems, and backup and recovery programs. You, also, troubleshoot and resolve system problems and service requests. You provide high-level technical support for unresolved help desk issues.
