Report to the Sales Recruiting and Training Manager and join a small team of other Associate District Sales Managers.
Associate Sales Program:
Weekly Group Training Sessions, Individual Learning/Exploring, Role Plays, Sales Ride Alongs = 40%
Supplier Telemarketing Campaign Execution = 60%
The program length varies based on your current level of experience but is a minimum of 6 months. During your onboarding time, you will absorb company knowledge, understand the food supply chain and enhance professional sales skills. Your goal is to become a Dot Foods District Sales Manager (DSM). Our District Sales Managers are consultants to our existing 4,000 distributor customer base. There is no cold calling. DSM’s continue to build those relationships and solve problems in order to increase the business we do with them.
