Location: Mt. Sterling, IL   Department: Information Technology   Reports To: IT Recruiting & Training Manager


Your Role: As an IT Support Specialist, you will assist with migrating all devices to a Windows 10 operating system.  This includes reimaging computers, installing software and troubleshooting issues. 

  • Reimage and upgrade devices to a Windows 10 operating system
  • Troubleshoot issues and research solutions for errors with new software installs
  • Record changes and status of computer inventory
  • Regular moving and lifting of boxes, including some weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Apply lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste


Role Specifics:

  • Schedule – Part-time and temporary; Required to work flexible hours to meet the responsibilities of the job
