    Location: Mt. Sterling, IL        Department: E-Commerce                 Reports To: E-Commerce Team Leader


    Your Role: To improve operational efficiencies through supplier compliance to global supply chain standards. 

    • Work with Dot’s suppliers to improve their accuracy by conducting audits in the warehouse, analyzing data, and costs.
    • Host supplier meetings or conference calls to present scorecards and provide education on best practices with data governance to change supplier behavior.
    • Provide education on Global Data Synchronization and/or the benefits of Data Accuracy to other departments within Dot as well as Dot’s suppliers.
    • Responsible for data analysis and creation of reporting to communicate progress on the E-Commerce Team’s strategic initiatives and goals to all levels of the company.
    • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

    Role Specifics:

    • Travel – Occasional overnight travel. Ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train for industry meetings or conferences.
    • Certification - Will obtain GS1 Package Measurement and GTIN Allocation Rules certification on the job.

    We Need You To Have:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Dot experience
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills


    We’d Like You To Have:

    • Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting degrees
    • Previous experience with GS1 standards, EDI and/or GDSN preferred.
    • Microsoft Excel or Access experience
    • Effective communication skills while presenting
    • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
