    Location: University Park, IL             Department: Warehouse Sanitation      Reports To: Operations Management Trainee


    Your Role: The Sanitation worker is responsible for providing value to our customers. This is done by maintaining a clean, sanitary warehouse and offices in a manner that is consistent with the company’s standards of quality, safety and productivity.


    • Warehouse aisle/slotting area maintenance
    • Move all trash/recyclables to designated areas
    • Remove product from under and behind pallets
    • Occasional spill clean-up
    • Daily restroom and break room cleaning
    • Outside area clean-up, pick up trash, cigarette butts, etc.
    • Operate vacuum, scrubber and sweeper machines for cleaning
    • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position


    Role Specifics:

    • Full-time; Sunday-Wednesday 6:00 pm – 4:30 am
    • Indoor/outdoor work in all temperatures and weather conditions
    • Frozen warehouse kept at -5 degrees all year round
    • Regular standing, walking up to 7 miles per shift, and lifting of products and equipment up to 75 pounds



    • We Need You To Have:

      • Must be 18 years of age or older
      • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
      • Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely
      • Ability to pass standard physical abilities test to meet the physical demands of job
