  • Overview

    Location: Mt Sterling, IL      Department: Human Resources      Reports To: Director of Occupational Health

     

    Your Role: This position is responsible for providing clerical support for the Occupational Health Department and Safety Department while keeping a high degree of accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.

     

    • Assists in clerical work such as scanning, faxing, and shredding documents
    • Tracks department statistics as needed
    • Aids in other miscellaneous data entry and duties as assigned
    • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

     

    Role Specifics:

    • Schedule: Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 6:00pm, possibly Saturday, 10-17 hours per week.
    • Standing for long periods of time for filing purposes
    • Always maintains complete confidentiality

    Qualifications

    We Need You To Have:

    • High school diploma or current high school enrollee
    • Ability to do repetitive stooping, bending, and lifting up to 30lbs
    • Proficient typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
