  • Overview

    Location: Mount Sterling, IL   Department: Replenishment   Reports To: Senior Inventory Manager

     

    Your Role: Performs clerical and reporting support duties for the Replenishment department.

     

    • Performs clerical and data entry work for all members of the Replenishment department
    • Works on any special projects assigned by management
    • Enters shortages on purchase orders
    • Enters information for discontinued items
    • Follows and applies standard work and work instructions
    • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

     

    Role Specifics:

    • Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
    • Works late on 1 Monday per month.

     

     

    Qualifications

    We Need You To Have:

    • High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Effective organizational skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently

    We’d Like You To Have:

    • 2 or 4-year degree
    • Dot Replenishment knowledge
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Access and PowerPoint
    • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
