    Location: Mt. Sterling, IL   Department: Human Resources    Reports To: Occupational Health Trainer Manager


    Your Role:  Perform job duties to prevent injuries, early pain intervention, and rehab the employee to full duty.


    • Conduct pain consults and safe work observations with current employees
    • Educates employees on work postures, body mechanics, strength and conditioning, and other activities that will reduce the risk of injury
    • Performs physical ability testing on post job-offer applicants
    • Sees scheduled employees for various rehab as ordered and/or indicated
    • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position


    Role Specifics:

    • Schedule: Evening shifts 5 days per week with hours varying between 5pm-10pm
    • Potential day shift hours as schedule allows
    • Responsible for scheduling and conducting physical ability testing for night shift




    We Need You To Have:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training
    • BOC Certified and licensed in IL
    • Ability to resolve complex problems and make independent decisions
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
