    Location: Bear, DE         Department: Administration          Reports To: Human Resources Manager


    Your Role: The Receptionist at Dot Foods is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls in a professional, effective manner to ensure timely telephone communications.


    • Answer and direct incoming calls
    • Greet and assist visitors and job applicants.
    • Prepare billing invoices for mailing
    • Apply lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
    • Follow and apply standard work and work instructions
    • Enter data for other departments

     Role Specifics:

    • Schedule - Full time; Monday – Friday, hours may vary

    We Need You To Have:

    • High School diploma or general equivalency degree required
    • Previous phone experience strongly preferred
    • Professional telephone voice and manner
    • Basic computer skills required
