Sterling, IL                                           Department:Human Resources      Reports To:Director of Talent and Inclusion   Your Role: Responsible for the coordination and implementation of workshops, programs, tasks and other duties related to internal and external talent and inclusion initiatives for all Dot Foods locations by performing a broad spectrum of administrative and analytical tasks under the direction of the Director of Talent and Inclusion - Help foster strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders inside and outside the business - Assist with building processes and structures company-wide - Keeps current on new and emerging best practices within inclusion and diversity - Assist with inclusion and diversity projects and implementation - Assist with tracking, monitoring and maintaining accurate reporting related to diversity, talent, and company-wide diversity strategies - Provide support to various company diversity initiatives, especially those derived from Dot’s Employee Resource Groups, Women’s Leadership Group, Women of the Warehouse, and Diversity Champions - Manage internal communication channels, such as Dot’s intranet collaboration site, on behalf of the Talen & Inclusion Department - Applies lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste in all areas of the position   What Can Dot Offer You? Sterling, IL     Department:Building & Grounds Maintenance     Reports To:Building & Grounds Supervisor   Your Role: Responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of landscaping around Dot’s facilities for the enjoyment of employees, partners, visitors, and candidates.   - Maintain facilities grounds to ensure a clean and pleasant appearance - Directs daily grounds work assignments of seasonal and part time employees - Mowing, edging, raking as well as other lawn maintenance - Trim trees, shrubs, bushes, and replacing or any additions of landscaping - Maintain sprinkler systems, water features, and all grounds equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations - Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.   Role Specifics: - Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 7:00am - 5:30pm - Working outside in all temperatures and working at heights. - Regular physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.

Location:Mt. Sterling, IL     Department:Building & Grounds     Reports To: Building & Grounds Supervisor   Your Role: Focuses primarily on maintaining the appearance of our facility. The work consists of mowing and trimming, care of planting beds and lot maintenance as well as painting. Other duties may include assisting our technicians with various duties and moving furniture/relocating office personnel.   - Repairs and maintains physical structures using hand and power tools. - Paints structures, performs masonry work, repairs plumbing fixtures and woodwork. - Maintains the grounds including mowing, repairing roads and lots. - Repairs, maintains and installs electrical conduit. - Moves, installs and adjusts fixtures, motors and other electrical/mechanical equipment. - Ensure all material handling equipment is maintained and repaired in an accurate manner in order to protect the safety and well-being of all employees utilizing it. - Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.   Role Specifics: - Full-Time: Sunday - Wednesday 5:00am - 3:30pm  - Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions and temperature environments. - Working at heights.
