Your Role: Works with multiple internal and external partners to set up efficient slotting processes for all warehouse temperatures in addition to various safety and system reporting responsibilities.
- Coordinates warehouse slotting in the areas of new products, deletions, internal moves, and rack changes.
- Handles emergency shipments (all specific customer outbound shipments not handled via Dot Transportation/Dispatch).

Your Role: Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer deductions and resolving discrepancies on a customer’s account in order to ensure customer satisfaction and the accurate collection of funds from the customer.
- Organizes, reviews, researches, and processes deductions that customers have taken from a Dot invoice.
