Supervision:

  • Reports to Human Resources Manager.
  • Executes work under direction or established procedures 50% of the time works independently setting work schedule priorities 50% of the time.
  • Does not supervise others.

 

 

Essential Duties:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Greet and assist visitors and job applicants.
  • Prepare billing invoices for mailing.
  • Applies lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste
  • Follows and applies standard work and work instructions

 

Occasional Work Performed:

  • Data entry for other departments.
  • Other clerical duties for various departments (including sorting, filing, research, etc.).

 

Safety Responsibility:

Assumes responsibility for the workplace safety of self and co-workers, and for the safety conditions of the work location.

Your Role: Work closely with the HR Manager and administrative team to support the hiring process, company benefits administration, company programs and other special projects, as needed.

Your Role:  Collect, organize, and preserve items related to Dot’s corporate history.

  • Organize existing Dot Corporate archives, including photos, newspaper articles, letters, films, video, promotional items, Tracy family memorabilia, and other items of historical importance.
  • Develop standards, protocols, and communication to preserve historical items.
  • Evaluate items for preservation and retention.
  • Scan, organize, and enter description of items collected into a database.
  • Lead small teams to assist with data collection.
  • Manage special project requests which includes recalling or locating memorabilia and photos.
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

 

Role Specifics:

  • Schedule – Part-Time, 8 hours per week
  • Travel –Overnight travel for trainings or meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed,

  without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.

  • Schedule: Part-Time Monday-Friday up to 30 hours per week
  • Work Environment: Some exposure to garage / shop environment
