Success will be evident in story conversion to shipped user experience, on-time delivery of functional and technical specifications, and the reduction of post-delivery incidents. - Lead activities related to agile software development methodologies, including sprint planning, scrums, backlog grooming and defect management. - Work with business stakeholders to understand business processes, roadmaps and features. - Translate roadmaps and features into user stories. - Create deliverables such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation. - Configure, prepare, and test applications to meet designs. - Identify opportunities to leverage applications to improve business processes, and support business re-engineering efforts. - Analyze requirements for digital commerce functions in collaboration with multiple departments including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting and other IT areas. - Lead continuous improvement efforts through lean thinking and tools.
